Commonwealth v. G.H.

CASE: The client was charged with Carrying a Firearm, Third Offense, Possession of a Firearm without an FID Card, Carrying a Loaded Firearm, Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm, Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, Susequent Offense, Armed Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon, Assault and Battery with a Firearm, Possession of a Class B Substance, Subsequent Offense and Distribution of a Class B substance, Subsequent Offense. The client was alleged to have shot a Boston Police Officer when the Officer approached the client on a January morning.


RESULT: The jury found the client not guilty of all charges related to the shooting of the officer and the drug charges. The client was solely convicted for possessing a firearm.
